CM: Authentic French food at great prices!
e: What do you love most about Wilmington’s culinary scene, and if you
had a magic wand to wave for improvement, what would be the first
order of business?
CM: I love the availability of fresh local seafood. Improvement: Everyone should have their own culinary Identity; menus often replicate each other.

CM: Simple grilled local fish!
